About
For 20 years, Dosta Design has been helping brands of all scales find their visual voice. The path started by Dim Dosta in design has been independent and self-driven, built on relentless curiosity, practical execution, and a deep respect for the craft. Over the course of my career, I have successfully delivered more than 400 projects, collaborating with both agile startups and established market leaders.
The core expertise lies in visual identity and branding systems, but the hands-on experience spans much wider. Over two decades, I have designed high-quality print materials, packaging, web interfaces, and digital products.
To back the practical experience with rigorous theory, I have completed nearly 200 specialized courses covering typography, color theory, industrial design, and brand strategy. This continuous, structured learning allows me to approach every project with both creative freedom and technical precision.
While I am highly versatile and adapt my style to the unique objectives of each business, my personal design philosophy is deeply rooted in minimalism, modernism, and the clean, structured aesthetics of contemporary European typography. I believe that the strongest design is the one that removes unnecessary noise to reveal the true essence of a brand.

Services
From core logo development and custom patterns to physical product branding, I design cohesive visual assets with engineering precision. I help modern enterprises communicate their value clearly and professionally in every medium.
Logo & Core Brand Identity
I design clean, functional logos and build complete visual identity systems. This includes selecting a professional color palette, choosing typography, and creating a cohesive style. This service is ideal for tech startups and companies looking to refresh their image with a modern, clear look.
Custom Graphics, Patterns & Icons
I create custom graphic assets that help your brand stand out in a crowded market. This includes designing unique geometric or abstract patterns, custom icon families, and illustrations that you can easily use on your website, social media, or packaging.
Print & Packaging Design
High-quality design for physical touchpoints. I design product packaging, labels, corporate brochures, and user guides. With over a decade of print experience, I ensure all layouts are pixel-perfect and fully prepared for printing or production.
Brand Style Guides (Brandbooks)
I deliver a practical, easy-to-use style guide that explains how to use your logo, fonts, patterns, and colors correctly. This guide ensures your team or external partners can easily create consistent marketing materials without losing brand quality.
Product Branding & Material Consulting
Adapting your logo to physical products
If your company makes physical products, hardware, or devices, I help adapt your branding to actual materials. I consult on how your logo will look on different surfaces—whether it is laser-engraved on metal, printed on plastic, or embossed on paper.
Product Labeling & Compliance Packaging
Designing highly legible packaging and labeling systems for technical and regulated industries (such as hardware, electronics, or medical devices). I integrate technical specifications, regulatory markings, and brand aesthetics into clean, structured, print-ready layouts designed for industrial scalability.
Driven by Details
Driven by micro-details. I believe that a brand’s authority lies in the mathematical precision and structural integrity of its smallest elements.
Partners
For project requirements that extend beyond my core focus, I collaborate with a dedicated network of trusted specialists. This allows me to deliver fully integrated, comprehensive solutions by bringing in programmers, web developers, photographers, infographic designers, print specialists, sociologists, market analysts, marketing strategists, and type designers whenever the project demands it.
My Instruments
My toolkit bridges digital precision and traditional craftsmanship. My daily workflow is built around the Adobe Creative Suite—with a focus on Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Lightroom—complemented by a Wacom tablet. While I often sketch directly in vector formats, I frequently return to traditional paper and ink for raw ideation. To maximize efficiency, I heavily integrate AI tools into my process, leveraging them to accelerate routine tasks, rapid prototyping, and early-stage concept generation.
Inspirations
My work is informed by a broad cultural landscape. I draw deep inspiration from design and typography literature, the works of historical masters, and contemporary art. Beyond the visual sphere, my ideas are continuously shaped by the rich world of concepts and narratives found in cinema, music, and literature.

Everything you need to know
We have an established brand. Can you refresh it without losing our current recognition?
Yes. I offer both visual evolution (modernizing and cleaning up your existing assets to meet current standards) and revolution (a complete, ground-up redesign). We will analyze your current brand equity during the discovery phase to determine which approach best serves your business goals.
How long does a typical visual identity project take?
A standard brand identity project typically takes between 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the scope and complexity. This timeline includes the initial discovery and research phase, concept development, stress-testing across different mediums, and the final delivery of all assets.
Do you have experience working with technical or complex industries?
Yes. Over 20 years, I have delivered more than 400 projects for companies of all sizes, including tech startups, manufacturing firms, and B2B enterprises. I specialize in translating complex technologies and industrial processes into clear, structured, and authoritative visual systems.
How do you use AI in your design process?
I utilize advanced AI tools to accelerate routine tasks, rapid prototyping, and early-stage sketching. However, all core strategic concepts, final visual systems, and production-ready vector assets are engineered by hand. This guarantees 100% uniqueness, high technical quality, and full copyright ownership for your business.
What deliverables do we receive at the end of a branding project?
You will receive all production-ready master files in vector formats (SVG, EPS, PDF) along with raster formats for digital use. You will also receive any custom graphic assets, patterns, and a clear Brand Style Guide (Brandbook) that serves as a practical manual for your team to maintain consistency.
Process
Design Audit & Briefing
We begin by auditing your current design assets, market positioning, and technical constraints. I study your product, manufacturing materials, history, and regulatory standards (such as ISO requirements or compliance guidelines) to build a solid foundation for the visual system.
1
Strategic Visual Logic
Before drawing a single line, we define the strategic goals. We analyze competitor visual codes and establish a clear brand platform. Every creative decision from here on will be backed by business logic, market research, and your operational objectives—not subjective taste.
2
System Architecture & Design
I engineer the visual framework: responsive grids, modular layouts, typography, and colors. This system is designed to work flawlessly across all touchpoints—from a high-resolution digital interface to a laser-engraved titanium component or industrial packaging.
3
Material & Stress Testing
I engineer the visual framework: responsive grids, modular layouts, typography, and colors. This system is designed to work flawlessly across all touchpoints—from a high-resolution digital interface to a laser-engraved titanium component or industrial packaging.
4
System Documentation & Delivery
You receive a comprehensive design system, not just a static brand book. This functions as a precise instruction manual for your internal team, vendors, and manufacturers, allowing for frictionless, consistent scaling without my daily involvement.
5
Quality Control & Implementation
The process doesn’t end with a file transfer. I work closely with your engineers, developers, and print vendors to oversee the initial production run and launch, ensuring the final physical output matches the digital specification.
6
Your product is engineered.
Your visual system should be too.
Great enterprises deserve disciplined design at the edge of art & technology. Let's build the visual infrastructure of your next chapter.
